How much will it cost? Appraisal cost depends on the number of buildings and their complexity. For a rough idea of cost*, here are example fees for a full policyholder insurance appraisal in all of New Jersey and the Philadelphia-Delaware-MD Eastern Shore-Baltimore-DC area.    NYC, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester & Rockland Counties somewhat higher.   All other areas of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands & Canada, add for travel.
